     Johnny R. Jonas

Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy Adam Nicholson investigated a report of a family fight on November 26, 2016. During his investigation Nicholson initially determined that Johnny R. Officials from Indiana Department of Child Services, Sheriff’s Detective Bob Lucas, and Nicholson participated in interviews that were conducted at a facility specializing in interviewing children.

As a result of the investigation Nicholson arrested Jonas on two counts of Child Molesting, a Level 4 felony, and one count of Domestic Battery, a Level 6 felony.

After reviewing Nicholson’s case, the Jackson County Prosecutor’s office filed one additional count of Child Molesting, a Level 4 felony against Jonas.
